Due to water damage we ended up needing to have our entire main level floors refinished. Local Guys Flooring was able to work with our restoration contractor and get the work done quickly and smoothly. They communicated well and did everything in their power to accommodate our family and pets. Our insurance claim went smoothly because of the fair market value pricing. Our floors look great and we've notice a significant reduction in squeaky floors after the refinish and small patching work that was needed.
