I suffered from severe neck pain 5 years ago and my daughter suggested I see a chiropractor. She referred me to Dr..Tolman who saw me right away. Much to my surprise my neck pain was gone after 2 appts then I had a follow up one. He suggested I come in for monthly maintenance checks each month which I did and I have never had neck pain since. I love his treatments and sincere caring and also Dr Amon who treats me on occasion. I have learned so much about self care and living a healthy lifestyle and it pays off when you get to be in your 70’s. I have now been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and should be in a lot of pain yet I have none whatsoever and am on no medications. I strongly feel that my massages and adjustments and therapy combined with my personal self care through diet, exercise, water and sleep all contribute to feeling energetic and active at the fun age...
