I made the decision to pull my children from this daycare because I can no longer trust them with my babies’ safety or wellbeing. My 1-year-old has a life-threatening egg allergy, which the daycare was well aware of. Despite multiple reminders, he was repeatedly exposed to egg 2–3 times a week. On top of that, my 8-month-old’s personal formula, diapers, and wipes—which I purchase out of pocket—were consistently used on other children. I was rarely given back everything I brought each morning, and I had to wait 15–20 minutes most days to pick them up because parents are kept in the lobby, unable to check on their own kids.
I paid thousands of dollars a month to this facility, yet it felt like I had to supervise their staff every single day....
