I made the decision to pull my children from this daycare because I can no longer trust them with my babies’ safety or wellbeing. My 1-year-old has a life-threatening egg allergy, which the daycare was well aware of. Despite multiple reminders, he was repeatedly exposed to egg 2–3 times a week. That’s not a mistake—it’s negligence. Every day I dropped him off, I worried it might be the last time I saw him alive.

On top of that, my 8-month-old’s personal formula, diapers, and wipes—which I purchase out of pocket—were consistently used on other children. I was rarely given back everything I brought each morning, and I had to wait 15–20 minutes most days to pick them up because parents are kept in the lobby, unable to check on their own kids.

I paid thousands of dollars a month to this facility, yet it felt like I had to supervise their staff every single day....

We started our son this month & so far the staff has been great. They are always sending updates on his day, let us know everything that happens to include pictures. So far we have loved it & have no complaints.

Reliable day care; staff are eager to befriend your child, and are always friendly at drop-off and pick-up.

If you're looking for some fast enrollment for your child DO NOT consider this company. Told them on Monday was starting a new day job and need to put my son in daycare by the end of the week. Yetzi a worker for little tigers talked to me and said yes absolutely it takes 24-48 hrs to get everything setup well we are 5 days later, haven't heard from them and call this morning and got told they haven't even opened my email yet and it will be another 24-48 hours. The staff here needs to be on top of their stuff and they aren't. Would give 0 starts if it was available

This is a great daycare! I trust them and my child loves going!

I’ve debated whether or not to post this, but I feel strongly that other parents should be warned about our experience with this daycare.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. The communication is virtually nonexistent, and the lack of professionalism—especially from ownership—is incredibly concerning.

My son attended LTA from June 2024 to April 2025.Things were fine at first, but everything changed around March 2025. Staff turnover became constant, and my son was repeatedly moved between new teachers. The biggest mistake, in my opinion, was letting go of the former director, Morgan. After that, the quality of care declined rapidly.

If it were possible to assign zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. The experience my family has endured at the hands of the staff at LTA has been nothing short of negligent, disorganized, and emotionally damaging.

To begin with the most egregious incident: this institution lost my daughter, Jocelyn, on Hillfield Road due to their inexcusably late arrival for school pick-up. Such a failure is not only alarming—it is dangerous and unforgivable. No parent should be forced to wonder if their child is safe because of the incompetence of those entrusted with their care.

The sheer volume of staff turnover—particularly among their so-called “teachers”—is staggering and indicative of deeper systemic dysfunction. Stability and consistency are critical for young children, yet these qualities are entirely absent here.

Overall, Little Tiger Academy is a decent preschool. My daughter just finished her first year there and enjoyed it.

Things we liked: The place is so, so clean and tidy. The staff takes the kids' temperatures before letting them in, so it's not a germ fest with a bunch of sick kids, and they encourage the kids to wash hands before snack time. The staff lock up their phones during class, so they can maintain focus on the students. Our teacher, Ms. Hope, was very respectful and effective. My daughter has learned so much through her experience, and I am certain she is ready for kindergarten. The second half of the year, my daughter came home with the SWRL books, which we could practice reading at home at our own pace. We are giving one star purely on their lack of communication and professionalism. Infact we were not even given a chance to accept or reject this day care. After waiting for weeks and taking our registration fee, we have been just given a run around. They text you that a spot is open but never respond back. We gave our 14 days to the current day care and little tiger came back and said oh no we dont have a spot yet. Our text system just sends out generic msges was their response. Then they said the owner will call you but they never did. They said we will send you a enrollment email but they keep sending generic emails about information which we already have. We had high hopes after the tour but as i said they dint even give us a chance to evaluate this day care..
