Sunshine Bright Academy - Morehead City

***Updated to reflect that the Regional Operation Director did get in contact with me after my review and the remaining issue of my complaint was resolved. I am hopeful that this was a learning experience for all involved. Dispite the issue being handled I still will not be changing my rating***
This was my first time dealing with any kind of daycare facility. I thought that after reading amazing things about this facility and feeling like I did my due diligence I was in the good but it clearly was not enough. Finding a facility that you can trust with your young child is tough and the hope is to find a place that fills your doubts and worries with positive and loving feelings, not stress. Sunshine Bright Academy Morehead City has been a wonderful experience for our daughter. The whole staff puts the child’s experience first, no matter what, and we love that! Our little one gets excited every morning when we pull into the parking lot. It’s clear that the teachers and staff genuinely care for our child and are dedicated to their role in her development. Childcare is a tough business, and we know hiccups may come along. When they do, the staff at Sunshine is very communicative and eager to work with families to ensure the most positive outcome for their children.

Ms. Erin, Ms. Mary, Ms. Michelle, and Ms. Susie are fantastic. Can't imagine our days without them!
