I love Little Learner Children’s Academy! I’ve worked for many childcare centers and Little Learner’s is different. The number one priority of the staff, directors and the owner is the children’s health and well being. The directors know all the kids and parents by name and are very involved in the classrooms. Sammie and Lera are the best directors I’ve ever worked for. The curriculum is awesome and pushes the kids to new heights. The staff love all the kids and love their job! I will not lie that before our son was born my husband and I were very skeptical about day care programs. We researched and reviewed many before finding Little Learners. We knew right away once we started there that it was a great place with wonderful and caring staff. Since our little guy has been there we have had nothing but positive experiences and they have cared for and loved our little one just like we hoped for. So it is important that I share my experience for both the families currently at Little Learners, as well as, families looking to enroll there.

Little Learners in Crest Hill was formerly, The Learning Experience which is where I started 12 years ago. I had both of my boys enrolled there. When the owner of the franchise notified us that she was selling to Little Learners, we were sad and weary of what may be replacing it but hearing that all the teachers were staying on with LIttle Learners was a relief because they were great and wonderful people.

Well fast forward a bit to now...and over the past year + we have noticed a SIGNIFICANT turnover in the staff/teachers, the lack and decline of programs and structure, as well as a change in the food menu and overall quality of care there.

Being a new mom, I was nervous about my son in daycare! This center is absolutley FANTASTIC!!!!! The teachers are so professional, and attentive to the needs of each individual child!
