Dr. Hu and the whole staff are amazing. Checking in at the front desk was a breeze the staff are very friendly and efficient, even it being our first visit, new patient here. The assistant that helped us was so patient with my son. She explained step by step what services she would be doing and answered all of his questions. Mind you with his previous dentist he used be so anxious and used to cry during his whole visit. It is night and day compared to Little Grins. He loves Dr. Hu and the whole staff. He's super excited to come back for his next visit. Dr. Hu even diagnosed a special condition that my son has that we never knew about, right on our very first visit. His previous dentist never mentioned anything like that on all our previous visits there. I definitely recommend Little Grins they are amazing and very knowledgeable. Read more >

The Little Grins Pediatric Dentistry receptionist Nataly and Samera were very thoughtful and attentive when my Son had a dental emergency. My son chipped his front tooth at school and needed it to be re-attached. Both receptionists were very kind and responsive to my Wife and I and coordinated an immediate appointment.

The dental staff including Dr. Hu showed concern for my sons well-being and were very comforting to him through the examination and procedure. The staff customer service and quality was excellent and second to none. I would recommend this dental office to all families. For first time patients, my kids' experience was amazing! Coming to the dentist, my kids were already nervous and anxious. The staff was very welcoming and friendly making them feel at ease before being seen.
Once they were called to the back, the staff asked them to pick a favorite movie or show for their private TV and headphones. This really made them more relaxed and calm. The staff took the time to explain everything that was going to be done, so there were no surprises.
When my kids were done, they felt relieved and had a sense of accomplishment because they have had bad experiences from other dentists where they left crying and in tears.
I can't thank the staff enough for the positive experience. I wish this dentist existed when I was a kid, because I was traumatized with what we had back in the day. Read more >
