I ordered a deep clean for this new place I'm moving in from and they were very helpful and attentive over the phone. I was able to get a cleaner in a few days and told them that I just needed only two rooms (bedroom and bathroom) cleaned. They were booked for 4 hours but I suppose there was a misunderstanding and they cleaned for 2 instead. The company called me later to ask how everything was and I expressed how it didn't feel entirely clean and they immediately apologized and said they would send the cleaner back to continue the 4 hours. The cleaner comes back the next day and I make sure to tell them to just try to dust everything up and work on cleaning the windows since they were included with the package.
