Hi, I’m Ryan Pollreisz and I started Brad’s coaching sessions 4 weeks ago, so I’m not even done with coaching and yet I’ve seen massive results already. I had been through counseling for myself last year and never really found that mindset shift I was looking for. My wife had a stroke almost 3 years ago and I took on everything I could to keep our family a float. I even created a vision board on what I needed and wanted for a better life. I achieved it all and realized that none of that success was the secret sauce. I fell into a bit of a depression realizing I may never get my wife back, I didn't know what I really wanted, and I felt trapped. That suffocating feeling when it seems like there is no way out.

Earlier this year I had started getting more in touch with self criticism and limiting beliefs that were having negative outcomes in my life. I realized that I always felt compelled to be working, to the point where I would often experience burnout, I struggled turning down invitations and saying no to things, I would spend a lot of energy worrying and thinking about worse case outcomes, and I sometimes would find myself more concerned about being correct rather than figuring out the best way to resolve a conflict.
