I am an investor and these Home Cash Guys are not businessmen, but Liars. They agreed upon a price for a property and said they would finalize the documents the same day. I received an assignment from them, completed it and asked them where to wire the money. They then disappeared for 3 days, only to later surface saying they sold it to someone else. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
