Carson and his crew have been great. The manager Brett has been a problem. He was uncooperative with my adjuster. I couldn't get him to answer my calls. He rescheduled guys to or other jobs off my house and didn't assign anyone to my house. I had to call Carson and he was quick to get things done. Brett didn't schedule anyone to itemize my items. I called Carson and he had my issue fixed in minutes. Carson seems to be a far better fit for leadership than Brett. I would not recommend anyone to this company if Brett continues. My 3 stars are for Carson and his crew.
