Over the last few months our community association had significant wind and water damage. Liberty Restoration was referred by the water mediation company. I felt comfortable hiring Liberty after speaking with Jason Roberts. I have a lot of experience with contractors and know how different they can be, especially when working with insurance companies. Knowing Liberty works a lot with insurance companies and knows how to negotiate on our behalf, it was an easy and confident decision. They did a great job with the project and I'm happy to have made the decision to hire them. Jason was always willing to work through any questions or concerns and saw things through to the very end. This company is a joke. Terrible customer service. Can't repair a house in a timely manner. Repairs to date are substandard and unresolved. I am working with Jason Roberts as the General Contractor. I can only imagine that he is trying to take both the insurance company and me, for a ride. I would strongly recommend using another company for your repairs. I don't make this comment lightly.
