Not impressed at all. Not only did it take over a month since my flood and their mess is still not cleaned up but they ripped up my sons walls in his bedroom taking the tape off and didn’t bother to say anything to me or the insurance adjuster. And then tells me sorry there is nothing they can do about it!!! If anything happens again I will be going somewhere else even if I have more coming out of my pocket.

An event like your basement flooding while your on vacation is devastating. We arrived home 24 hours after the original incident, and instantly began panicking. After calling Liberty restoration, they quickly showed up and began working. Gregorio was our project manager and he was very friendly and attentive to our needs and concerns. The entire mitigation took about a week to complete, but the entire time he was very patient with me and keep me informed of all the work that was being done. I wouldn’t ever want to go through this experience again, but if so, i know the great service I will receive with them will make me a return customer. Thank you so much Liberty!!
