Lex Levinrad is a great teacher and motivator. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate investing.

I am going to close my first deal tomorrow and this is the first time i am closing wholesale deal
All because lex showed me how easy it is that no guru showed me befor and I spend a lot of money and time for my education
I thought I know a lot but I started to read lex materials and see how much I don't know
Lex is a great teacher and he showed me even his mistakes and that is valuable and priceless

Lex is as real as it gets. He is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable in the Investment world. His teachings are comprised of years of hands on experience and it shows. He's not your average sales guy trying to make a buck without delivering the actual product that is promised. We are all curious about investing yet skeptical of the process. It's hard to know who to trust and just how to find someone that will actually teach and help you on your path to success, but let the reviews speak for themselves. I don't really know where to start when it comes to this review. I've been interested in real estate for quite some time now, beginning with residential retail real estate. I knew that I had a passion for the investment side of it, but just dabbled in it here and there while trying to focus on the retail side. I had been on his email blast for a bit, saw the ads on facebook and decided to take the plunge to come to the bootcamps and see what all the hype was about.
