My family was looking for a regular housecleaner and Level Up could not deliver. They did a good job deep cleaning for us at each visit, and if that is what you are looking for Level Up is probably for you, however, the prices are much higher than we are used to (i.e. a 2100 sq ft. home cost $520 for an initial cleaning, and $240 for monthly follow-up cleanings). For our follow-up cleanings we asked Level Up to do certain tasks, e.g. sweep the garage floor, clean an appliance, linen laundry, etc. and Level Up flat out refused to do them. One cleaner even stated that she didn't know how to sweep a garage lol. Not an enjoyable experience where you ask for tasks to be done during the cleaner's time at your home, and just get refusal in return. At least say, "of course, but that will be $20 extra," or whatever the case may be. 2/5 stars

Thank you for leaving us a mixed review. We are fantastic at Deep Cleaning and maintaining that deep clean! Our prices are comparable to other cleaning services that have properly trained, backgroud checked, insured and bonded employees.
Garages-we don't offer that service. They usually need...
