Love the price and detail to attention

I had a really good experience with Levelup. The communication was really good, the cleaners were on time and friendly. The job they did was good. The only complaint I have job wise is nit picky. Most of my rugs have tassels. When you vacuum them, you have to run the vacuum in the direction of the tassels so they lay flat. Almost all of my rugs look messy because that wasn't done. But as I said, that's a really small thing. The only real issue I have is the price. I have had my house cleaned weekly for years. I have never come close to paying $400 for cleaning. That is really high. I checked before writing this, and even in your industry you are well outside the normal price. I knew that going in. But I needed it done, so I paid up. I likely won't use your service again for this reason.

Level Up did a general cleaning in my house. They were fast and communicated well. I’m grateful to not have to worry about when I’m going to clean my floors!
