We started attending Legacy on June 17th, 2019, they were completely unprepared and disorganized on our first day, so much so we felt we already needed to sit down with the Director to share our experience. They didn’t ask for our 11 month old sons feeding schedule as just one example, they also didn’t know where they kids were supposed to go nor did they have a place ready for their belongings. As the week progressed we noticed that the teachers were inexperienced, which made me very uneasy especially with our son just learning how to eat table foods and transitioning off the bottle. The disorganization continued through the end of the week, our 4 year old daughter had a different drop off and pick up location every day. The last straw for us was on Thursday, June 20th when I went to drop the kids off at 7:45, and there was no one there for my four year old. They had older children...
