I’m just beginning the process of working with the Lee Law Firm, telephone consultation last night and today many telephone calls, emails, and immediate needs are being addressed. I spoke with Kim and Rick last night via phone after regular business hours. They answered initial questions, listened to our concerns, and recommended our best course of action. Due to the nature of our case, some of our needs were immediate. Kim got right to work this morning explaining what documentation needed to be done, making calls and sending emails on our behalf, all with a genuine, nonjudgmental voice. She also extended her own work hours today to help ensure our paperwork was submitted by the end of today, Friday, so that we would have a little piece of mind over the weekend.
