Hugo and his crew did a sensational job. They were fast, very polite and very attentive when spoken to. They truly left my yard in better looking shape than when they arrived. They had to work under very muddy conditions today . When I arrived , I saw a lot of mud tracking and thought to myself, I hope the rain washes away the mud. After they left, I went to check the driveway and entry way , they were cleaner than yesterday. I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend that crew to anyone.
I also want to give Steve Thompson a shot out for his professionalism and detail. He made me feel very comfortable and treated me like an adult when explaining the system. He is a true salesman, one you can depend on and count on.

Zach is great service technician he and helper are great and professional. They know what they are doing. Lee Engineering is a great place to do business.

They installed a Sump Pump and Sprinklers for me about 11 years ago to help with foundation shifting. Sprinklers are leaking somewhere now. I scheduled a sprinkler check. I was quoted $80. The guys did a sprinkler pressure check and charged me $250. Never told me ahead of time that it costs that much. They said that they would have to come back and find the leak and was not sure how much it was going to costs. Foundation continues to shift and they have no answers. They are SO EXPENSIVE FOR ANY SERVICES. Nothing is under warranty anymore they said. I will not recommend LEE ENGINEERING to anyone. Very OVERPRICED!!!

They installed my system at my home and were not cheap. I really don't know where to start. I guess with this year's problems. I called a week and a half ago to make an appointment regarding a leak in my drip irrigation system where pooled water had been for over a week at that time. They made an appointment for 9 this morning and sent me a message yesterday to confirm the appointment. The appointment was for 9 AM. At 9:22 I texted them for their ETA as I hadn't heard from them. They did not respond. I waited an hour and called them at 10:02. Their response was that they are having truck problems and wanted to put me off for another week. They didn't care that it was a leak, they just wanted to delay the repair. They offered no excuse for not answering my text or not telling me they wouldn't show up today. Joel was my technician. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. Him and his helper were very quick as well. I would just like to say that in today’s times many companies/ employees seem to have lost their core value of hard work ethics, customer service satisfaction, Truly caring for the customers needs on an individual level, going the extra mile to satisfy the customers needs, keeping good tabs on time management and many other quality based issues. I found Lee Engineering when my home flooded because of slope and soil erosion. Willie came to my home and educated me on what was happening and what we could do to fix it. Over the past ten years, Willie and Lee Engineering have worked with me to improve my ever-changing drainage issues honestly and fairly.
