The technician did not inform us of the problem before he started work.
He did not communicate to us that he was unable to get our system to come on when he first arrived. When we inquired what problems he was finding; his response was that we were following him around watching him. My thing is it’s my yard and I’m free to see what work is being done on my property.
He did explain that he was unable to completely fix the problem but he did repair it with a work around for station 3 & 5.
