I have only used Lee from the beginning. On the most recent visit we shared our concern about a connection that had twice broken causing a significant water leak required hundreds of dollars to repair. Our technician told us that while this type of connection is no longer meeting code, it was when they installed the system. As such, if we wanted the problem addressed and rectified it would cost us $1,200. Needless to say, this did not sit well with us. There was no attempt to find a mutually satisfactory solution. This example of customer service failed in our opinion.
