I am, or would have been, a repeat customer for Lee and my first experience with them was so positive that I recommended them to my neighbors directly and to my neighbor hood via social media. I know for a fact that my recommendation got Lee a very nice contract with my next door neighbor. Unfortunately, this time around the bid for a very small job was $1000 ... a ridiculously high bid for the effort. Lee did not get an irrigation permit as required, did not install the mandatory rain sensor, VERY slow in providing me with the zone layout as required. Any licensed irrigator would know these details and comply. The guy I dealt with was very friendly and nice, I have no issues with the person, just the required details. The system works great even though the zone layout I finally received has no zone numbers or identification. Read more >
