I had water coming into my garage and basement when it rained. I called a dozen different contractors before my plumber recommended Lee Engineering. Because of the water intrusion, nobody was even willing to come out and take a look at what I had going on. Lee came out quickly, put a plan together, and started right away on a huge drainage project. No more water in the basement! I am thinking of putting in another french drain. I will be calling Lee when I am ready for that project!

I called and was very specific on what I needed. I told them how many stations I had and would need for a new controller. The price quoted was 40% less than the price charged. The quotes (2) were not detailed enough for me and you do not repair anything if you break it. Joel seemed to be in a hurry. Both quotes combined seemed a bit high for me. About $1200.00. Needless to say, I am pursuing other avenues. Read more >
