Lee Engineering installed my foundation watering system several years ago, and their company was top notch. At first I had them do yearly checkups, and the technician who came was very polite and helpful. Then Covid hit...Then the big Texas freeze hit...Now they're like so many other companies. After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment to start up my system, the technician who showed up seemed unhappy to even be here. Turned on my system manually, but when I asked how, he wouldn't explain. Said "I just turned it on." Wasn't able to make it turn on automatically. Said "We don't use this brand anymore. I can't help you. That'll be $95 please." And they used to be great.
