Matt came out Thanksgiving weekend without Icharging me a holiday surcharge. He clearly explained the issue with my furnace and provided me with three different options and prices to have it fixed. I highly recommend. .

Great experience with Aaron. I unfortunately didn’t prepare for the inevitable death of my furnace and it was a stressful situation. He talked with me and figured out financing for my challenging situation, definitely made the situation much easier than I anticipated. Looking forward to the new unit !!

The best experience! Thank you to Aaron and Nick for all you did to restore heat in our home. The night before Thanksgiving Aaron came over within about an hour. The diagnosis was grim. Thank you for your patience and comic relief. It was so helpful to have a process in place that allowed us to get a furnace so late in the day. Nick, you worked so hard on that install and got us going by morning.

Awful - do not book this company. I called this company after some wiring went out that couldn’t be reset at the fuse box. We called the Saturday before Thanksgiving and they said they could do same day for an increased fee, or Wednesday the day before thanksgiving. Since we had plans on Saturday, we decided to go with Wed with a window of 11-2. We called close to 2 after sending a text and email. We were told that the tech was delayed and would 30 minutes before so we could go out. (We took the day off from work to prep for family). As 5 PM was approaching, we called again. They said they tried contacting us (no record anywhere) they wouldn’t be able to make it but could set us as the first appt the following Monday (8-11) so we wouldn’t miss our slot again. On Sunday, we get a text saying the window is now 8-1! I we respond to the text asking for clarification and get a response...

Very open and friendly and was able to work around my busy household from the holidays. And we had heat in no time he was able to pinpoint exactly where the problem was and what caused the problem. Thank you again.

Soon after a holiday, our furnace went on the fritz and stopped heating our home just as temperatures were dipping into the single digits, I did some research and chose LeBrun as a local, family-owned operator, and am so grateful we did. Aaron arrived on a Sunday afternoon and was so kind and empathetic. He explained our options in a way that was easy to understand. We have two young children, and it was immediately apparent how committed he was to getting our home comfortably heated again. We encountered some initial financing challenges and Aaron and the broader LeBrun team worked with us on a solution, I was truly moved to tears. My family appreciates how quick to respond LeBrun was - even on a weekend. They are so people-focused, I don't know that we've ever received better or friendlier service. I highly recommend LeBrun. Andrew came immediately on a Sunday and fixed my issue! Was super friendly and honest. Saved me a lot of time, stress, worrying. He spent time away from his family to educate me on all my questions. FYI, the staff over the phone were kind and very helpful, understanding and fast to respond.

Tyler installed our Gemstone Lights in very cold weather and did a great job. He was on time and even came back when we needed a minor change. He showed us how to use the app and explained everything clearly. The job site was cleaned up post installation. He did an excellent job! Highly recommend working with LeBrun. Easy process start to finish and they were very responsive.
