To say I’m not happy is an understatement. I needed a simple entryway light fixture replaced with one I had already purchased. I must admit, I thought it was unusual that I could not get a ballpark figure for how much this would cost before they went out there. However, being a realtor and a homeowner many times over and in googling all the costs, I had an average in my mind of what it should cost. They did a very nice job with texting and emailing me before the electrician went out to the property and I was impressed with how they give a detailed explanation of the electricians life so that you think you know them by the time they get to the house. Once there, the electrician decided to check all kinds of other things that I did not ask for help with and gave me a number of $2300 to take care of all of these things. Excuse me?
