The technician who came to diagnose my system was very friendly and the way he approached the product in my house was too good for the first time I only have to say thank you very much for the work done in my house with the system and thank the company for the kindness and quality of the technicians they have.

I called on a Sunday, in a panic because my kitchen circuit breaker tripped, (too many electric pots on in kitchen) shutting off the refrigerator, and an hour to go before my Dad's 94th birthday party! Oh noes, there goes all the food! (ice cream in particular).

Jay got on the phone with me right away and patiently explained to me how to reset that circuit breaker, after I unplugged all the extra appliances. They did not charge me for this phone consultation. I would have been willing to pay big bucks for saving my party! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dusty Allen did an outstanding job installing our ceiling fan today. He was neat and clean up after..We would definitely request his service again; and I will refer him to family and friends.
