Matt was very professional and helpful. He confirmed what I thought the problem was and installed a replacement flame sensor.

I was told he would arrive between 12-5 pm but it ended up being close to 6 pm. It was icy and snowy so I understand why transportation estimates can take longer than expected.

Let me start by telling you a little story. I woke up on one cold January day to no heat at all. It’s 1:00 in the morning, everyone is sleeping, and the temperature outside is below zero. So I start to panic and come across an ad about 24/7 emergency service. I call, thinking I’m just going to get a robot and might get a call back the next day, but to my surprise, an actual person answered. She was the nicest lady and calmed me down, giving me options. She even said she could have somebody at my home within the hour. I had a fireplace, so that wasn’t necessary, but she got me scheduled for 8:00 in the morning. Right on time, two technicians arrived and went right to work for about two hours straight.

These guys are truly outstanding. Matt, the tech/salesman, came over and essentially gave me a two hour lesson on HVAC for a very low sum. He was extremely thorough and even looked at my AC even though it was 10 degrees out. I highly highly recommend using LeBrun for HVAC services. Matt is terrific.
