We had a wonderful experience with LeBrun Electric and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company who will go above and beyond to make sure the job gets done right the first time. They embody the culture of a family-owned and operated company who treats their customers like family. Connor Frederick was our Technician and he was extremely kind, patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to troubleshoot our issues. I have never had a technician take the time and provide the highest level of service like Connor. Before he arrived, we received an email and a text with his picture along with a summary of his background (both professional and personal). He took the time to get to know me and share his story before coming into our house. I have never had this kind of experience with other service companies. Reached out for a service request and had a scheduled appointment. They arrived early and helped fix the problem very quickly. They offered a few options to help with some stuff and didn’t push to do anything more than what was asked.

Called wanting to get a quote and some general knowledge on installing outdoor lighting. I am completely ignorant when it comes to electrical work.
