Lebrun techs Matt and Connor were first rate - courteous, professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. Handled the requested heating/cooling health-check quickly. Had a non-serious issue that we couldn’t track down, but will watch for recurrence. I’m not a fan of companies sending out satisfaction surveys before the work is even done, but that’s not on the techs. Also felt $350 for a health check that found no issues was a bit heavy, but again no reflection on the techs. Also expected to see an electronic invoice showing services performed and payment, but have not seen as yet.
