So far our experience has been great! Justin came out quickly and took his time explaining everything that needed to be done, and what everything costed. We got financing options perfectly laid out which helped us keep our stress down. While the service technician, Greg, was great and very knowledgeable, I was shocked at the cost of installing a ceiling fan. I was contacted by Sabreena after requesting pro installation when purchasing my ceiling fan from Home Depot. We set up an appointment for the following day, and she, at the end of the call, notified me that there would be a $79 fee for the technicians to come out to my house. I asked if that would be applied to the installation cost if we chose LeBrun, and she said yes. After, I asked her if she could give an estimate of what a standard ceiling fan install costs. She said she could not, as it all depends on what the technician finds when he gets there. I asked for a rough estimate or range of cost. Again, she would not provide one.
