We have a problem with very high humidity levels in our house during the winter. We’ve had a whole-house dehumidifier and an HRV air exchanger installed to fix the problem, with no success. I called LeBrun to see if they could diagnose the cause, give us an estimate to replace exhaust fans in the kitchen and bathroom, if they are inferior, and give us an estimate for any other items that may fix the humidity problem. Steve came to the house and spent 2 hours assessing the situation. He could not find an obvious problem. I signed up for their bronze membership and scheduled an appointment in two days to have their ventilation expert come to the house to perform the furnace tuneup, included in the membership, and perform another no-cost inspection to try to diagnose the cause of the humidity problem. Riley and Steve were very timely, professional, and did a great job. Cost of services were very reasonable. They even brought treats for my dog! I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for any electrical work.

We had a great experience with Brook at LeBrun regarding permanent lights for our house. We have an appointment with them to finalize the project but Brooke was very knowledgeable about the gemstone products that LeBrun offer and what the process would be including what to expect as far as warranty. We didn't have a lot of questions for her as one of our neighbors already had permanent lights installed and had answer a lot of our question but she gave us a lot of opportunities to ask any question. She didn't pressure us into setting up follow up appointments and provide us with information about installation timeline. We did call back to set up a appointment to finalize the project but appreciate the fact that she didn't pressure us and allow us time to discuss what we wanted while also giving us all the information we needed to make decision that would work for us.
