Pretty disappointed. The carpets smelt like mildew when I got home. Pretty much made the entire house smell like mildew. I paid for a deep cleaning including the basement. The women didn’t know they were doing the basement. It looked like they just wiped the house down instead of deep cleaning. There were a lot of spots that I could easily scrub off the floors and surfaces after they finished cleaning. I had to deep clean the house myself after the people I paid to deep clean my house left. I think there must have been a miscommunication between the staff.
