I initially met Mr. Nicholson for a Paralegal position at his office. I did not land the job due to my current college schedule, but after talking with him and seeing how much we had in common, I just had to hire him for a civil matter that came my way after the interview. Mr. Nicholson did not treat me nice just because I interviewed with him. He treated me nice because this is the type of professional that he is. He will shoot it to you straight and will timely respond to your messages. He is a great speaker and knows his law. His rates are fair and well worth it. This the Indianapolis law firm to hire! My review is long overdue. But I just saw one of their TV commercials and I had to write this review. I had a situation involving some serious false lies against me. Mark is a great attorney and he helped me last year. Then when I needed help again earlier this year, I contacted his office again. He is the best attorney for me in Indiana because he fought for me and always answered or returned my calls. He's definitely a TOP TEN lawyer!

Even though I needed help after their office was closed, he still accepted my calls, messages and didn’t judge me. I could tell he really cared about me and my situation. He believed in me.
