I requested information online and was contacted back as soon as they opened. I was given information for me to be able to decide if my case was reasonable and able to move forward. The Paralegal and Attorney were professional and courteous and helped out our family.

I wish I could grant no stars. Ms. Doxsee temporarily lost her license (she didn't pay her taxes) and failed to complete important legal work for my family involving my son with special needs. How she handled that mess was shameful. I switched lawyers and question the lack of consequences she faces. If you have an important legal matter- invest in that process.

Very poor at replying to emails and never answers the phone. Now having to pick up my file because she can no longer represent me over her license being suspended. Never coming back here and not recommending to anyone else in the future.

I went through mediation with March mediation.. this was a horrible experience, I was not prepared to be double teamed by my ex and the mediator. There where times I would ask for a time and the mediator would tell me no, and my ex would say "um that's actually ok with me" from what I understand the mediator should not side with one of the parents and there was clearly a side taken I do not recommend this place, literally just go to court, it will be more fair and clear what's going on... in the summary of what went on, the mediator straight out lies that i agreed on anything... The mediator and my ex chose what was going to happen, I was bullied into saying " I guess because I have no choice" the response was "you don't have to agree to anything" which would have left me not seeing my kids at all,,, I am so upset with the lie that this would be...
