I started going to LashMe Lily 3 years ago for microblading. I go every 3 weeks for eyebrow tint. I have had my make-up done several times.

I was researching a few places in the area since I am very particular about my facials. I was about to make an appointment but seeing how this owner is responding to her clients on numerus sites blew my mind!!!! she seems very unhinged. I have a feeling a lot of the 5 star reviews are bought or its from family. Instead of taking the criticism she goes off on her customers???Im so glad i saw before going there!!! customer is always right is business 101. seems like she needs some ZEN in her life!!

Lashmelily sends out 10% email coupons for "any service". When scheduling the appt I asked if I can use the coupon and I was told yes. AFTER the procedure the owner says the coupon doesnt apply to eyebrows. When I showed her the "any service" she said emails were automatically generated and she didnt know what they actually say and that shes not Macys. When I told her the receptionist told me I can use the coupon she said the receptionist didnt know. I'm not sure how it is my problem that the owner doesnt know how to run her own promotions and train her stuff. SO unprofessional.
As far as the eyebrows go, they look good (as they should since the price is one of the highest in the area). HOWEVER the place is loud and definitely not a relaxing spa environment. The girls who work there talk loudly the entire time and whoever is doing your lashes/eyebrows is...
