Got a lash lift done here about 3 weeks ago. Since then I’ve had 2-3 eyelashes fall out daily. My lashes are the shortest and sparsest they’ve ever looked. Nothing has changed in my routine and I don’t use waterproof mascara. I can only assume my lashes were over processed with chemicals during the lift. While the tint was dark immediately after the service, the lashes did look damaged and crimped but I thought they would return to its more natural shape with time. The employee that did my lift also did not explain anything beforehand and wasn’t terribly friendly. I’ve done lifts before (not here) so I didn’t have any questions but I can’t imagine the experience if it was my first lift ever. Will not be returning

Lashmelily Replied: So sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t 100%, we do 5-7 lash lifts a day and everyone is very happy, our lash lift solution doesn’t over process, natural lash cycle is 52 days and of course they gonna fall, it would be great if you would’ve call us, we would apply a keratin at no cost, but,...

I have been to lash lilly three times
Ive used jordan each time and she does a great job. My only complaint is that I dont like the music they play. It should be more relaxing and mellow not club music.

This place has gotten soo soo expensive. The prices for lash goes up every 2 weeks . refills are soo expensive here now. Looking elsewhere.

My first time at Lash Me Lily and I am definitely coming again. Loved my conversation with the owner, Lily. She did a great job with my brows.
I’ve never done individual lashes and my Lash Tech, Snookz explained and walked me through the process. I LOVE my lashes and so did my husband. I’ll be returning soon!
