Although the project started great it ended way past the deadline and over budget. A simple bathroom remodel took almost 7 weeks. All the work was great except for the tile which had to be done over(twice). Although, I approved of some of the budget overages I feel that some of the expenses were inflated. Unfortunately, I will not be using Lariat for anymore remodeling projects.

I am satisfied with Lariat's quality of work for my home repairs due to damage caused by water leakage. They have kept me updated regularly on the progress of the repairs and provided me with info on what to expect for the following days/weeks. One suggestion for improvement would be to inform the client way ahead of time on decisions or choices on options that the client need to make for the purchase/replacement of damaged sections of the home (i.e. countertop options, backsplashes, and the like). This way, the client would be given enough opportunity to make good choices and with enough lead time for the material purchases to arrive without causing delays in the project. Other than this, the overall repairs got completed within my expectations.
