I am a coaching student of Ray Zhang. I am a full time Police Officer in Dallas, Texas for about 15 years now. Working long hours I got involved in the land business a little over a year ago in the hope of cutting back on my hours and providing a better life for my family. I listened to podcasts and educated myself and found Ray on Joe McCall's podcast that aired on October of this year 2022. I loved the fact that Ray was efficient with his time and money.
