I love it. Teaches everything you need to know. You have to put in the action and do the work yourself, naturally, but they are there to help if you need it. I’ve learned a lot in the last few months with land profit generater, actually have my first deal using one of the strategies. It’s in Keystone Heights, FL. I’m in negotiations with a few other potential sellers. I have reached out to a couple builders in the area also. I definitely plan on joining again after this deal is done. I can say that I’m gaining more confidence and experience and I like texting, I get a faster response also
