Lakeside Vision

Awful customer service - my son's lenses were delayed by 3 weeks and he needed new glasses badly. No one even called to let me know what was going on, but just kept putting me off everytime I inquired. No communication from Lakeside Vision whatsoever, except for the bill I received in the mail in the meantime for the glasses that had still not arrived!

When the glasses finally did arrive, not only were the lenses NOT what I ordered, but they REFUSED to let me leave without paying the remainder of the balance, even though I had already paid the bill (via check) they sent me in the mail prior!!! THEY MADE ME CALL MY BANK AND STOP PAYMENT ON A CHECK BECAUSE THEY WANTED THEIR MONEY IMMEDIATELY, THAT VERY DAY, EVEN THOUGH MY SON WAS FORCED TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 2 WEEKS FOR HIS GLASSES WITH NOT SO MUCH AS A PHONE CALL TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE OR EVEN JUST AN...

This was my first visit. The staff here were absolutely kind and professional. The Doctor was very informative. The equipment here is state of art. The eyewear selection is great. I highly recommend Lakeside Vision !!!

Very helpful staff.

I was impressed with my visit. Not only did they help me when my insurance said I wasn't covered (which I was and it wasnt updated) but the staff was highly patient when I had to drag my 2 young children with me. Equipment was top notch and doc was cool as well. Happy I chose Lakeside vision.
