Lakeside Vision

Very friendly and professional office!!! I was very impressed with their standard of care and my son received a oustanding exam. Doctor was very thorough and explained everything! !! I would highly recommend this office.

Their need to be clean and safe for themselves and patients are above and beyond. During this delicate time it's hard to not worry and be proactive about ur or your child's eyes...but ur safe your concerns and questions are heard and receptiated...they channel their best options for you to live a healthiest optical life possible. I cant make anyone go to lakeside but I can make them aware of one of the healthiest and stressless options to have eye care...that's lakeside! You may be tired, may be running late, you may be financially concerned and you may be worried but one thing you wont be at lakeside is sorry!!!! # team lakeside😊🍁🍂

They do a thorough eye exam, however the customer service is seriously lacking. I have a slight stigmatism and a low prescription for glasses. Just like my previous doctor, I was given the option of getting glasses or not and I opted not to at the time as I was getting by. I recently came back to school and now that I’m using screens a lot more often my eyes have been feeling strained and I’ve been getting headaches. I called Lakeside Vision to email or fax my prescription, which they promptly said they couldn’t. The receptionist said I’d have to come in person to pick it up- something I’ve never heard before from ANY doctor, never mind an eye doctor. I explained how far I was, and they were unwilling to work with me. I went to a local eye doctor by my school and asked them to call and request for my prescription. The receptionist said they would fax it by the end of the day. This...

We love the friendly staff and great selection! They were so helpful with the kids and made them feel right at home!

On Friday, August 23, 2019, my husband and I had our first appointment at Lakeside Vision and would definitely recommend Lakeside Vision to our family and friends because of the outstanding care and service that we received. Dr. Aimee and all the technicians and the receptionist and the ladies who helped us pick out our glasses explained in detail about the care of our eyes and made us feel very comfortable and explained answers to our questions and took the time to help us pick out the glasses we wanted from their large selection. Since our eyes are one of the most important part of our bodies it is very reassuring to have people take such outstanding care of us. Thank you Lakeside Vision, Michael and Patty Soule
