Lakeside Vision

Doctors Mike and Amy Neal are awesome as I have been a challenge. They continue to strive for answers to my eye issues. Their staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I'm glad I found them.

I have been a patient at Lakeside Vision for a few years now. I would come in for my eye exams very six months or year, but nothing really further, so what I'm saying is they really didn't know me well.
Well, on Friday last, I somehow hurt my eye and was going to urgent care; I called the office just to let them know that something was very wrong but this was 10 minutes after they closed. The receptionist answered the call and tried to make an appointment for me the next day, but I couldn't, so we just left it that I would call them Monday and let them know what happened. So, not five minutes later Dr. Mike called me personally, and asked me how long it would take for me to get there, and when I said twenty minutes, he didn't even hesitate, he said "come on now." They stayed open for me over an hour. He and Dr. Amy were there for me, and they treated me like family....

On a Friday night at 5:15 I called the office and talked to the receptionist and was told they were not open. I told them I was at urgent care and asked them what to do. She stated that I should call the following day. In 2 minutes the doc called me and told me to come down even though they were closed, they waited for me and saw me after hours and were very nice and kind!!!i will be a client for life as this kind of service is unheard of anywhere else and I am forever thankful to doc Amy and Mike for helping me and sacrificing their time

This place is great!! Made my Husband son and I very comfortable and gave us a very professional 2nd opinion and we are now thinking of staying. I would definitely recommend Dr. Amy and Dr. Mike!!

I had a little pain in my right eye on Sunday night. Woke up Monday and it was still there. Figured I should get it looked at. I called at 10 am and would you believe they got me in that same day. The staff was friendly, and Dr. Amy was great. Ends up I had three tiny pieces of debris in my eye. Who knows what would of happened if they didn't take care of me so quickly. I would definitely recommend her and her staff to whomever needs any type of eye care.

I went to Lakeside vision because of aching eye and headachs. Dr Amy and the entire staff were exceptional. They used all the latest high tech equipment for testing. Analyized what I needed. I followed instructions and my eye is 100% better, no more headaches, needed a new perscription and I can see again.

Once my dry eye was under control I asked about contact lenses. Once again great experience. They teach you how to put them in and take them out. They won't let you leave with them until you can do it on your own at least 3 times quickly. They were so patient with me as a new wearer of contacts. Then I sat with Kathy, the optician, who aided me in ordering them and even helped me get a rebate from the manufacturer. Overall a wonderful experience. The entire staff is super friendly and they show that they care about their patients. I would highly recommend them.
