Modern high tech professional operation but glasses are expensive here even with insurance. They pressure you to purchase everything from them and additional sets of glasses. Also expect to be at this office for a long time as they do not do anything quickly. Tech staff and Dr's are great but the office staff consistently faults patients for issues resulting from their procedures. Such as being late for an appointment when you've arrived early but they make you fill out the same forms every time even though they have all the information already in their system from previous visits.

The nicest and most professional staff and owners I've experienced. Thank goodness we can all feel safe patronizing this top notch practice with intial temperature checks, hand washing and other thoughtful precautions during these challenging times. But, more than that, Lakeside Vision understands customer service. Have you forgotten your name? They haven't! They take great pride in their work and their facility, and they and show great respect for their patients. Don't hesitate to visit!

I had such a great experience, as I usually do but with everything currently going on in the world, it felt good to be somewhere that the people truly care about the best interest of everyone, employees and patients alike! I always have recommended lakeside vision and now will continue to do so with even more wonderful things to say!! Thank you!

If you are looking for a place to get sunglasses, and you want to pay $75 over market price with a limited selection, and wait 20 minutes to put on a pair of glasses, because the front desk is not allowed to open the case and no one else was available, and then hear from a manager in the background, "tell him that he needs to put his mask on or get out", (and I am not kidding, those words verbadum lol, while I'm trying to try a pair of sunglasses on and the mask in on my chin), then this is your place for sure.

Maybe it's just a bad idea to support local business right now with the whole mask thing and how they're overloaded, this place definitely seems it, although there was plenty of staff there. I guess the lesson is not to buy sunglasses during these times unless you want to have a mask on and see if the sunglasses that you're paying $300 for looks good with...

We have been going to lakeside vision for many years. It's always been well managed with a pleasant atmosphere. The lakeside team have always been courteous and helpful. It's run by doctors Mike and Amy. Mike and Amy are very professional and well trained for all your eye care needs. I recommend Lakeside Vision.
