The other side of the business where you purchase glasses, not so much. The pick up process was disappointing. Being retired and spending over $600 for sunglasses is a big deal. I needed them adjusted to fit snugger around the ears. That adjustment didn’t allow my new glasses to fit properly in the hard case. Asked for a larger one and they didn’t have. Asked if I could be called when larger arrived and was refused. Was told the glasses don’t come with a case and they were being nice giving me a $20 case. Never purchased glasses anywhere in the past 40 years without a case provided as well. I Was told they could reverse the adjustment so they’d fit in the case they were including. What??
