3 hours for eye exam! Long waits. Did not carry frames covered by insurance. Person that fitted me for glasses was rude when I told them not happy with glasses. Refused to fix them problem . worst place I ever dealt with for glasses. Highly do not recommend them. Very much up selling from surgery to more expensive glasses.
