Very disappointed with myself. I choose Lakeside Vision based on the majority good reviews but failed to see the warning signs. My husband and I scheduled to get eye exam and updated glasses. While there the Dr told my husband that they wanted him to come back for some testing as he might have pre glaucoma (or something to that effect - not sure of the exact wording). They had my husband come back twice for several test for what we believe was just "milking" the system. Now I am getting bill after bill for lab diagnostic co-pay. Yes - my fault for not realizing that there were additional co pays that my insurance is requiring but SHAME on you for not reminding your "patient" that they could incur a few hundred dollars worth of additional co-pays while you shuffle them from room to room for nonsense testing.
All I can say at this point is that we will...

Excellent selection of frames for the whole family ( including infants ! ) for any price point, along with the best quality contact lenses on the market. Thanks to the Doctors I have found the perfect type of glasses and contacts that best suits my lifestyle, in and outside of work.
Lakeside Visions Practice Manager is extremely knowledgeable and has done a wonderful job putting together a team that is not only talented, but warm and welcoming. This is key to them providing an experience that is so much more than " just another doctors visit ". Such success and performance deserves recognition beyond its weight in gold.
Please consider Lakeside Vision for all of your ocular needs, not just limited to comprehensive exams but emergencies as well ( keeping your eyes healthy with a 24hr ER line, how convenient ! )

My 3 year old sees Doctor Amy and she absolutely loves her. We used to go to a children’s eye doctor in Dunmore which was close to home. I would rather drive 45 mins to see her cause she is so great with our child and actually takes her time with her and explains everything to us. So happy that we went here this place is great
