I was getting my house ready to sell. The roof was not leaking or anything like that, but it was extremely dirty because of not being maintained or cleaned for many years. I was given Roy's information by a contractor that was doing other work on my home. Roy came by and gave me an estimate the next day. The estimate included total price and time it would take from him to wash the entire exterior of my home. This included roof, walls, sidewalks and patios. I expected a good job. I received an amazing job. Every surface that he cleaned looked practically new. I was most impressed with the roof. I read you're not supposed to "high pressure" wash the roof as that can remove the important granules on the shingles. So I was interested to see how it was going to be done.
