My son had a large cavity that required a hospital procedure. The tooth was causing him pain and it was beginning to be a serious issue. The office took so long to get back to me to schedule the hospital appointment, and staff told me the insurance preauthorization had been sitting on their desk for a week, which was a little irritating. Then they tried to schedule surgery a month after i was initially told they would do it, right after i explained how much pain he was in. I called back when the pain was unbearable, to ask if there was anything they could do to help the pain or infection and the office staff told me there is nothing they can do, if it gets too bad take him to the ER (A week and a half before scheduled surgery). The last time i called to cancel the procedure and get a refund, i sat on hold for 20 minutes and they did not care to even ask why i was cancelling. It was a...

Staff there are AMAZING! I absolutely love that they ask for the child's interest that way they can get a little more personal and they connect with the patients.

Second visit today! Again very blown away with how comfortable my baby feels with Dr. Shin Kim. She is so gentil and caring. You can tell she absolutely loves her job. The rest of the staff are also very nice and helpful, I wish I would have gotten names to give them the proper thanks. You guys are amazing!!!!!

After my kids old dental office of like 20 years closed down, we first tried ikids and had a terrible experience! My youngest has a lot of medical/dental anxiety. After trying Serengeti today for the first time, we will definitely be using them from now on! The office was nice and clean, the ladies at the front were very nice, The dental techs were SO sweet and patient with my kids, especially my 5 year old! And Dr. Sarah was very nice and thorough. She explained everything well and I didnt feel like they were rushing at all. We felt very comfortable. Glad we found this place!

My two boys have been going here since they were little and they are now 6 & 3. The staff is so sweet! Love love love dr Martin and dr LaHue they take such good care of my babies 🥰 also, very well kept and clean. definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Our children have been patients here as early as 2 and as old as 19. The visits are always great. Everyone is very personable and take time to talk and get to know you instead of immediately getting down to the business at hand. Dr. Martin always has an encouraging word, which is utterly important for the kids to hear from someone besides me.

There are a few caveats to keep in mind though. Because of coronavirus, you have to call from your car to check in. It took me a minute to translate the sign on the door from Spanish to English to figure that out. (There is a sign posted in English, but I didn’t pass that window because of where I parked.) Also, everyone’s temperature is taken at the door, and if 1 of the group is feverish, all of the appointments are rescheduled. And finally, be aware that there’s a 10-minute rule.
