Absolutely Phenomenal service for alterations with fast times I had an emergency and needed a great tailor and they responded, the staff is professional and friendly I highly recommend them.

I'm writing this review because of the terrible service I received from them. It was right after they changed owners.

I've been going for yrs under the previous owner and never had a problem. As soon as the new owner took over I had a problem. Could of been a coincidence but regardless it's the same company. I took a pair of 501 jeans to be cleaned because like I said I've been going for yrs and never had a problem. 501s take a special solution to clean them. I don't know what happened this time but they shrunk my jeans. When I took it to back to them and showed them, there was a lady that was handling the situation and told me I shrunk my jeans even tho the jeans still had their dry cleaning tag on it. I showed them all of the clothes that got cleaned that day and she even seen in the computer where they cleaned them but this lady had the worse attitude and told me she...

I brought my wedding dress and veil to be cleaned and preserved here, and all I can say is wow!! I was super nervous of handing over my dress somewhere, but their attentive staff and vast array of professional equipment on site put me at ease right away. Very reasonable in price for cleaning preserving and boxing, took only a week, and wow do my dress and veil look stunning!! So glad to have my dress protected and as a beautiful time capsule of our beautiful wedding day! The staff truly takes pride in their work. This is the place to take your dress!
