Great service and staff very friendly. I love there quality of work.

Been going here for a while but maybe within the last year I wasn't really taking my clothes to them, but my number was always in the system because I was repeat Customer I recently went and the lady tells me I never been there before. Ok cool whatever I didn't really have any issue with them other than I don't like how they don't give you the price of what your clothes will cost until it's already done they will send a text but what if you didn't want to pay that much they basically took your option away by not giving you upfront pricing

So far, the online customer service is up to date. compare to the front desk. nice feed backs (and it's fast) i recommend just calling customer service if you have issues.
Recommendation: most people use online service the website should be as detailed as possible to make a better transition for both parties. the pickup time should have a schedule or update customer on specific pick-up time (people are busy).
overall, it looks better than most establishment around here. trust is a big thing especially for expensive items.

Very clean and up-to-date with technology. However it's very pricey there. $$$! to hem a pants will cost you $16 and up! to put patches on a shirt it can cost you from $8 and up. It will also cost you an additional fee if you want it the next day or two. If you want your pants the next day it will cost $20 but if you want it in a few days it will be $16

I used this cleaner for the first time to clean my niece wedding dress. They did a great job cleaning and preserve it in a beautiful box.

I have been going here since 2013. Lately, something is off. I don't know if its the massive staff turnover or a change in their cleaning products. All I know is I can't go there anymore because my uniform is messed up.

I have pants with a rubber inner lining on the waistband. I have had these same type of pants for a few years now. They are part of my uniform. Two weeks ago, after picking up my dry cleaning, I got out of my uniform and noticed residue on my shirt. When I checked, it was GLUE from the inner elastic on the waistband. Last week I went in an expressed my concern about this and they stated that the pants needed to be special cleaned. They then told me they could take off the waistband liner. They wanted to charge me 30 dollars to remove the inner lining that they somehow ended up putting residue on. Today was the last straw. My second pair of pants also have...
